Things We Don\’t Know

There are a lot of things we don’t know yet. Is there water on mars? How was the universe created? Why are we the way we are? And so much more. These are things that we don’t know yet and human kind has many things yet to discover. And many have dedicated their lived to seek and explore answers to all these questions. We are simply intrigued by the unknown infinite beyond. But the fact is this. Sometimes we are ignorant of the things that we do no. We are unaware of the things that make our lives easy and take the knowledge for granted. Let me explain this to you through an example. The statue of liberty is a worldwide tourist destination. Many from around the world would not miss going to see it if they ever have the opportunity to visit the United States of America. But if you ask from a resident near the statute whether they had visited it or who is the architect of it than half of them will have to take a moment and think about it. It is not that they don’t care, it is that they simply don’t make it a major part of their daily lives because it will always be there. We tend to overlook the things we have.

So today we are going to brush up our knowledge on a certain thing and we will continue to do so in the days to come. These bits of info and knowledge may sound quite random but it’s these random bits and pieces that will help us brush up and become an all-rounder. If we take interest and learn one new thing each day we will not be living in ignorance to the knowledge that could have made our lives so much easier.

Today we will focus on the hemp plant. This plant has many uses. Its seed oil is known as the “nature’s most perfectly balanced oil” because it contains a lot of fatty acids that the body don’t naturally produce. It is the most unsaturated oil derived from the plant kingdom and has essential fatty acids for the diet of a person. The oil is said to be a cure for cancer as it contains essential amino acids. It is also good for your skin and moisturizes it. It is also good for the hair growth and its nutrition. Therefore many hair care products have this as an ingredient. Hemp seed protein powder supplies 64% of the daily protein need (per 100g)

Hemp protein is a vital component for a healthy life span and body. It is categorized as a complete protein. Basically protein is categorized under three groups.

They are; complete, partial or incomplete proteins. A complete protein such as hemp has the full eight amino acids necessary for a diet.
